The Feastify private chef service includes everything necessary to enjoy a
personalized dining experience at home. This includes:
- Customization of a menu based on your preferences;
- Purchase of ingredients;
- Preparation of the menu at your home;
- Complete table service;
- Set up and cleaning of the kitchen and used spaces.
Please note that tableware and glassware are not included. Gratuity is entirely at
your discretion.
The price of renting a chef in Nairobi can vary depending on the specics, but
smaller groups tend to have a slightly different price per person compared to larger
gatherings.
Booking prices range from 11,000 KSH to 25,000 KSH. For groups of 13 people or
more, the price is 11,000 KSH per person. For groups of 7 to 12 people, the cost is
13,000 KSH per person. For groups of 3 to 6 people, the rate is 15,000 KSH per
person, and for 2 people, the price is 17,000 KSH per person.
Seasonal ingredients, your location, and how soon you book also affect the nal

Booking is easy! Just tell us the date of your event, number of guests, dietary
preferences and any allergies, and a few details about your kitchen. Within a few
minutes, you'll receive customized menus from our team curated by qualied chefs.
Our team is open to modify menus, discuss pricing, or get answers to any questions
you might have. Once you've found the perfect menu, nalize your reservation
online. We'll then provide the private chef’s service and fresh ingredients on the
said date to your location.
There are currently 200+ chefs available in Nairobi. Fill out a form specifying your
needs and the date. The Feastify will connect you with the best available chefs in
Nairobi who will satisfy your appetite.
While there's no strict limit on guest count, private chef experiences are designed to
create a more intimate atmosphere, perfect for gatherings of friends and family.
Since most homes have limited space to accommodate large groups, parties
typically don't exceed 20 people.
Yes, the chef always prepares the menu at your home for a more personalized
experience.
Absolutely! Many guests are passionate about food and relish the chance to learn
from the chef. You can pick up new kitchen skills and get a behind-the-scenes look
at each dish on the menu. Feel free to jump in and cook alongside the chef for a
truly interactive experience!
The fee is used to maintain the website, to continuously improve it and of course to
offer you the best possible customer service. We do our best to provide you with
authentic private chefs. We are very price transparent on every cost incurred. The
service fee allows us to pay our salaries and keep us going 🙂
Yes, they're 100% fresh. Unlike restaurants with pre-made dishes, private chefs
prioritize using the freshest ingredients possible. This is because the chef creates a
customized menu specically for you, then through our partner stores we source the
nest ingredients to bring your chosen dishes to life and have them delivered to
your location on service day.
Drinks are not typically included, but you can discuss adding them to the menu
proposal with our service team.
No, you don't! At The Feastify, you are welcome to sign up and offer your services as
a private chef free of charge. We only earn a commission on each conrmed
booking.

Catering Services
In order to best help you with an accurate quote we will need to ask a few
questions which we can do over the phone, email, online form, google meet
or in person if you wish.
This depends on a few factors including the occasion, time and duration of
the function, whether the guests are big or small eaters and your budget.
Most of our menus are priced per person and our experienced staff at feastify
will work with you.
Prior Service day we will make sure you have the right amount and variety of
food for your intended function, we offer to shop for the freshest ingredients
on your behalf as well.
For buffet and service events, we at feastify require nal numbers 12 days
prior to the function. For platters and nger food drop off we require 7 days
prior.
At Feastify we do our best to accommodate any late/last minute bookings as
we understand some things are not planned.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior the customers may be liable
